We prepare home-made dishes with local quality products.
(cheeses, delicatessen and meats from the Oisans and the Savoie regions, home-made ice creams from Savoie...) and organic ingredients.
All our dishes, sauces... are made with fresh and seasonal food products... like our grandmothers did!
You will be delighted to try our traditional mountain dishes (raclette, tartiflette, fondue, gratin de ravioles).
We also invite you to try other mountain and regional specialities from here and elsewhere (Dauphiné, Tyrol, Atlas, Alsace, etc.); because mountain cooking is not just about cheese. parce que la cuisine des montagnes ne se résume pas aux fromages.
With a nod to our Italian neighbour, we prepare homemade fresh pasta and tomato sauce simmer on the stove, as Mama Ribellino taught us.
