Restaurant Le Champ du Moulin at Venosc

We suggest a homemade cooking prepared with quality foodstuffs in quite sincerely. We chose local (cheeses, delicatessen and meat from farms of Oisans and Savoy, handicraft ice cream from Savoy…)and organic (all grocery foodstuffs, fruits and vegetables) products.
We cook and prepare every dish, sauce, marmalade with fresh products of the seasons, because we don’t eat strawberry in winter, as our “dauphinoise” Grandma told us…

You can taste traditional mountain meals (raclette, tartiflette, fondue, gratin de ravioles).
We invite you to discover other typical mountain dishes from Alps and others places (Dauphiné, Tyrol, Atlas, Alsace, etc.); because mountain cooking is not only synonym with cheese.

We have a special wink of our italian neighbour, we make our homemade pasta and the tomato sauce is simmered on the stove, like Mama Ribellino taught us.
