1- The hiring becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of the booking form fully filled and of the payment requested. We will confirm to you by email. If we cannot satisfy your request, no payment will be done. 2- Balance of your stay Rented Accommodation: the balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the arrival date or with the booking demand if this is done less than 31 days before the arrival. Camping place: the balance must be paid at the latest the day before departure of the campsite 3- Guarantee : on arrival, a guarantee will be requested: Rented Accommodation: 300 €. The guarantee is refunded on departure after inspection of the accommodation. If it is not tidy and clean, the camping will charge 60 € to you. The broken or lost equipments will be charged to you. These amounts will be deducted from the guarantee and, if insufficient, you will have to pay the difference. Camping place: 20 € for the key of the barrier, will be refunded in exchange of the key. 4- Time of arrival, of departure, duration of booking : Rented Accommodation: you can arrive from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm the day of arrival. Past 7.00 pm you must compulsorily contact the camping as soon as possible. You must leave before 10.00 am the day of departure. The minimum duration for a booking is defined in our price list form. Camping place: you can arrive from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm the day of arrival. Past 7.00 pm you must contact the camping as soon as possible. Past 10.00 pm, you will not be allowed to enter. You must leave compulsorily before 11.00 am the day of departure. The minimum duration for a booking is defined in our price list form. 5- Your hiring is personal and cannot be let or sublet to another 6– Cancellation : if you cancel your booking, you must inform the camping as soon as possible by phone or email. You must confirm it by post. All the payments you have done will be retained by the camping, except if you have subscribed to the cancellation guarantee and if you fulfil it’s requirements (§7 below) 7– Cancellation Guarantee: This optional guarantee can be subscribed only when you book. In this case, if you cancel and if you fulfil the conditions requested below, the camping will refund you the amount of the deposit and the balance of your stay (when already paid), excluding the booking fee and the price of the guarantee itself. The cancellation demand must compulsorily: * be sent to the campsite by registered post at the latest the day after the expected day of arrival. * be justified by a serious event which occurred between the date you made the booking and the expected date of arrival: serious disease, grave accident, death of the person who made the booking (or of his/her spouse, mother, father, descendant), problem with the job of that person or of his/her spouse, serious damage to his/her home. A written proof must be sent to the camping. 8 – Delayed arrival, anticipated departure : If you are late, contact as soon as possible the camping, otherwise, after a delay of 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled. No reduction of price will be done in the case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure 9 - Insurance : the camping cannot be held responsible in case of theft and it is your responsibility to take out all the necessary insurance, including for your civil liabilities 10 - Pets : all pets must be kept on a lead on the campsite. Noisy or aggressive animals are not allowed on the campsite. 11 – Number of persons, cars : Camping place: the maximum number of persons on a place is 6. All your things (tent, cars...) must fit on your place. Rented Accommodation: the maximum number of persons is indicated for each one. There is one place for one car per accommodation. 12 – Internal rules : during your stay you must comply with the camping’s internal rules. In particular, after 10 p.m. the driving of cars and motor-cycles is forbidden. You must respect the tranquillity of the others |
